WuyaSea Groups is blog, forum, social network all in one.

After you signed up and logged in, you can see your profile by clicking your name, at top left of the page.

For the 4 yellow circles above.

1. groups - Here list all groups of which you are a member or admin. I'll explain Group more later.
2. Recent Articles - Any articles you've written, in any groups, will be listed here.
3. Recent Discussions - Likewise, any forum discussions, whether you started or replied, will be listed here.
4. Comment - Only your friends can leave comments on your profile.

Group page

Group is like your own mini website, you can write articles(if you're group admin), chat in forum discussions, attract members, promote outstanding members to admin, etc. Basically your or your friends' home on the web.


For the yellow circles above.

1. Articles - Group articles, only group admins can create articles. If you create a group, you're automatically the admin of that group.
2. Discussions - All group admin/members can create and respond to discussion topics.
3. Comment - Only group admin/members can leave comments.
4. Admins - List Group admins. Admin can promote members to be admin.
5. Members - List Group members, only some sample members are shown.

Now what?

So what to do now? depends on what you like to do.

• If you just want to ask or reply forum questions, and make friends, then browse through the groups, and join any group you like.
• If you're a natural born blogger, then you should create a group for each of your audience, start writing and build up your group.

Q: Should I create one or multiple groups?
A: That depends on your audience. For example, if you have expertise in both web development and knitting, it's highly unlikely people interested in web also interested in knitting, then you should create 2 groups. If you have expertise in both building rack servers and building startups, then most likely both topics appeal to the same audience, then you should create just one group to serve the same audience.
